What can I do to get my videos delivered faster?

Let us know if you need the project completed in less than one week. We will do our best but do not guarantee turn-a-round time. Don’t worry, VPQ is here to keep you ahead of the game!

How do I get started, and what happens next?

Once you sign up online, you’ll receive some introductory information via email. After you review it, you’ll schedule a call with one of our on-boarding specialists to walk you through the VPQ steps, collect all the digital assets from your company that we need to create your bumpers, and get you started. It’s that simple!

What if we already have our own bumpers/graphics?

By all means, please send over any existing motion graphics you have and we’ll try to use those as part of your videos. Just know, some pre-existing assets may not be compatible with the VPQ workflow, but we’ll do our best!

Are there any contracts for Vid Pro Quo?

We can’t stand contracts either, so we decided we’ll keep our clients by providing a great service! If for any reason you are unable to continue with Vid Pro Quo, simply cancel the monthly recurring billing and your membership will end the last day of the month.
